About Dr. Kondev
I obtained my M.D. in 1994, at the University of Belgrade in Yugoslavia. After medical school I spent two years as a post-doctoral fellow at the University of Kansas Medical Center, in preparation for a residency in Psychiatry. I did my residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, from 1996 to 2000. Since 2000 I have practiced psychiatry, first in a private practice and then, in 2002, I accepted an attending position at Hall-Brooke Hospital in Westport, CT. I have been in private practice in Fairfield County since 2004, and I am currently affiliated with St. Vincent's Medical Center in Bridgeport, CT. I have been Board Certified in Psychiatry since 2005, with additional training in Addiction Psychiatry.
